A graduate of the University City School of the Arts inside of the "regular" University City Senior High School during a special grant program in the 1970s, Gloria is a long time professional musician, specializing in tradional/folk music.  In 2011 we met Gloria as she was playing with her husband Michael Bauermeister (another U. City musician) and their group The Agusta Bottoms Consort.  This picture is of Gloria in a solo show at the inagural concert for the newly opened Listening Room at Main Events space in downtown Washington, Missouri on the banks of the Missouri River.
