Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Harry was active in the midwest music scene from the ages of 15 through 18. After graduating high school he moved to Boston, enrolling at Berklee College of Music, and performing with his own band at Boston area venues. In addition, he studied briefly at The Creative Music Studio near Woodstock, NY. His most notable music teachers have included Ken Palmer, Mike Gibbs, Pat Metheny, Jack DeJohnette, Dave Holland, Lyle Mays and Mike LeDonne.

Harry Miller is a jazz pianist and composer who leads his own group "The Satisfied Souls" in concert appearances and recordings.
